User Agreement: We all want this Community Network to be a safe and comfortable environment through which members and staff can connect, and be a useful and productive tool for working and learning together. I will do my best to see that every decision making process includes reasonable representation of those who are directly affected by its outcome. * Acknowledging that differences of opinion and conflict will undoubtedly occur, I agree to resolve conflict constructively. * I understand that every member of this community is entering into this same agreement and that we all have a stake in seeing that it is observed and enforced. My behavior towards other members of this community will reflect that I am abiding by this agreement. * I acknowledge that if a duly authorized body of my peers concludes that I have repeatedly and willfully violated this agreement, my rights to participate in this community can be suspended or terminated. * I understand that discussion groups are intended for constructive, positive exchanges of information. Negative comments about identified institutions or vendors will not be tolerated. * I understand that the ShopTalk e-mail discussion group is for museum retail-related discussions. Although the list is not moderated, MSA reserves the right to delete any message or remove any participant from the list. * I acknowledge that commercial announcements are not allowed on the list, nor is discussion not germane to MSA, technical or managerial topics relating to museum retailing. (List members not adhering to the guidelines may be warned and/or removed from ShopTalk e-mail discussion list.) I agree to the guidelines of MSAs Antri-trust Policy as follows: --MSA shall not be used for the purpose of bringing about or attempting to bring about any understanding or agreement-written or oral, formal or informal, express or implied-regarding prices, terms or conditions of sale, distribution, volume or customers. --No MSA activity or communication shall include discussion-for any purpose or in any fashion-of pricing methods or other limitations in timing, costs or volume of production or sale, or allocation of customers. --No MSA activity or communication shall include any discussion that might be construed as an attempt to prevent any person or business entity from gaining access to any market or customer for goods or services, or to prevent any business entity from obtaining a supply of goods or otherwise purchasing goods or services freely in the market. --MSA-sponsored activities shall not include any activity or communication which is or might be construed as an agreement to refrain from purchasing any products, services or supplies from any supplier. You expressly acknowledge that you may not use the Membership Directory or any other individual personal identifying information found on the Site or the content of the Membership Directory to send e-mail or fax messages to solicit business or advertise products or services.
